Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase or it isn’t what you expected you can return or exchange it within 30 days. You must have an RMA Number before sending us your return, Please call us at 1-800-537-1339.

               *All Consumable items such as food and nutritional supplements must be returned in their original unopened condition.


SHIPPING POLICY

When placing your order, you will notice the following statement in the billing information page of the order process "Shipping may be added to your order. For terms, see the Info page." This is because the Yahoo shopping system that we rely on for our shopping cart system will not charge shipping properly all the time. If FedEx does not offer certain services to your area, it could throw off the charges. We may contact you if your shipping charges are obviously too low.


SHIPPING TIMES:

Most, but not all complete orders leave our warehouse within 1-7 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for FedEx or the USPS to deliver it to you from North Carolina. Please call for rush orders before 2:00 Eastern time. That means that some items, to some locations could take two weeks or more. Remember, we're a 50 year old family run business, so feel free to call us for a rush. We can get most of our items out the same day and use next day air and get it to you tomorrow, but you need to call before 2:00 Eastern time.

If you are placing an order for the holidays please consider before you place the order that all of our 20,000 products may not be able to get to you in time. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-7 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for FedEx to deliver it. Please call for rush orders."


PLEASE ALSO NOTE:

It is possible that shipments may come from warehouses besides our own. Please keep in mind that in these situations, if you've made a multi-item order, items may arrive separately and at different times.
